1. To encourage the farmers for kesar mango cultivation and to guide the cultivation.
2. To make available to the team members world-class cutting-edge technology for kesar mango
cultivation as well as exportable production.
3. To organize kesar mango festival as well as seminar on mango every year
7. Conducting special training classes for training horticulturists from time to time.
4. To make arrangements for expert guidance regarding planting, cultivation, crop protection etc.
from time to time through mass media and other means.
5. To develop a special brand of kesar mangoes of the union gardeners domestically as well as
internationally.
6. Making efforts to create export facilities for kesar mango post-harvest handling, processing
and export guidance to growers.
7. Empowerment and mentoring of the team members about the nurseries as per the need.
8.To promote our mangoes in various exhibitions abroad from time to time to build brand abroad and domestically.
9. Conducting study tours abroad to impart modern technology to horticulturists.
10. To develop a special brand of kesar mangoes of the union gardeners domestically as well as internationally.

16. To assist the farmers in obtaining certain inputs required for kesar mango orchards, such as various crop biotics as well as efforts to procure quality kesar mango cuttings.
17. Organizing kesar mango festival and creating producer to consumer chain to get fair price to maximum farmers.
18. Encouraging kesar mango farmers for marketing and production by conducting various experiments by processing fruits to get fair prices.
19. To conduct short term training classes for horticulturists and growers on kesar mango consumption as well as kesar mango garden.
20. Conducting study tours abroad to impart modern technology to horticulturists.

22. Providing water management information to the productive farmers and horticulturists to guide them on how to use water sparingly.
23. Exploitation on kesar mango, storage of kesar mango produce and by-products and arrangements for preservation of the produce, as well as providing necessary facilities.
24. To undertake all such other programs as may be necessary for the accomplishment of the above purpose. According to the rules and regulations of the Mahakeshar Mango Planters Association, the executive board on which the management and administration of the said organization is entrusted, the full names, addresses, titles, age, nationality, education and profession of the members of the first executive board are as follows.
